We’ve seen many movies in the past with the tried-and-tested theme of ‘mohalle wala pyaar‘, and here comes another piece banking on the same old concept, albeit with a twist.
The title ‘Behen Hogi Teri‘, is a commonly used phrase by a guy when he is teased to be the brother of the girl he loves. You can duly expect something similar, but with various twists and turns. So for starters, Gattu (Rajkummar Rao) is the mohalle ka ladka who is smitten by his beautiful neighbour, Binny (Shruti Haasan). But their Lucknowi mohalla is notorious for bhai-zoning men. So, he gets involved in a similar situation as Binny’s family considers him like a brother to their grown-up girl.

Movie has great comedy, some suspense and story is also good after all songs were not good.Rajkumar rao and shruti hassan acting were fabulous. It seems Gautam gulati has soo much attitude he should improve his behaviour and acting!
Good pastime and a one time watch. Inspite of adverse reviews I went for it and did not regret. The young less pair is refreshing and the supporting cast have done well. A few laughs and makes the movie worth a watch.
Gattu, the protagonist was / is in love with his neighbor's daughter Binny. The colony, the place where the is been narrated at is a typical place where a guy and a girl can never be seen together until and unless they are siblings. Opening scene of the movie is an example itself where guys of the colony run away and hide at their hide out on Raksha Bandhan day, so as to keep themselves safe from being harassed with the Brother Sister sentiment.Though the love is there between Gattu, Binny due to a lot of unavoidable reasons the love story gets over complicated for us to understand. Most funny are the scenes when Gattu trolls all SRK movies and SRK himself for his girl getting married to a guy called RAHUL (screen name of SRK, in most of his movies). Amongst all the twists and turns, Gattu finally gets the courage of speaking his feelings in front of the whole colony which is what Binny keeps pushing him to do. That scene marks the movie complete. Not a must watch in any sense, but if you want to kill your time like I just did... Be my guest!!!

bakwaas movie of the year. dont watch it and dont waste your money on this movie. Kindly go and watch any other movie. Totally wastage of money on this
